Foreign Rights
Our connections reach far and wide across the world, whether it
be high profile national theatres in Australia or smaller performance
spaces in Russia, Israel and South America.
Our aim is to promote the universal appeal of our clients’ work
and we have well established relations with all the major foreign
agents, theatres and producers across the globe.
We also work closely with London based agents representing theatres
in foreign territories and continually supply them with material
than we think will suit their audiences.
Audiences differ enormously world-wide, and we have, over many
years, honed our knowledge of tastes and sensibilities as they
vary from territory to territory.

Repertory and Amateur Performance Rights
We receive daily requests for performance rights in our plays
from both professional and amateur companies all over the UK.
We deal with these immediately, and are licence fee reflects each
individual request. In the event that such rights are held by
a third party such as Samuel French ltd., we shall redirect you.
Anyone wishing to apply for performance licences should fill in
the form below.
Please note that licences must be applied for in advance of the
start of rehearsals, and the agreed fee must be paid before the
first performance. Our licence will act as permission and receipt
of any money paid.
